Here is why we’d use HRI Construction again in a heartbeat…
1.Quality. Stroy has such integrity in his work that we could just relax and let him do his thing. Relentless about every detail, his quality of workmanship showed throughout our entire project. He showed us what we couldn’t visualize initially, and held our hand every step of the way. His knowledge and ability turned our ideas into reality.
2.One stop - shopping. We were impressed by the range of his abilities. Our remodel was a full makeover—kitchen, bathroom, new open floor plan, and front and back yard. Aside from the usual kitchen/bathroom remodel, he helped us with design/architectural aspects of our project, put in a paver patio, and placed stonework on our fireplace. He also put in a beautiful lawn and planter beds, complete with a sprinkler and drip irrigation system and gopher wire. Even us with our not-so-green thumbs couldn’t ruin it, and it still looks marvelous! We keep getting asked who did this part of our home remodel, and most are surprised to hear it was all done by the same contractor. No need to get multiple bids on multiple different projects. What a time saver.
3.Precise price/time estimates. His initial quote was within 5% of our final price, barring changes that we made. Beware of other contractors who low-ball the initial estimate. He gave us more than reasonable allowances for purchasing all the custom products—bathroom/kitchen fixtures, granite and tile, trim, and cabinet hardware. To boot, he was even on schedule with respect to time and finished the project when he said he would.
