Founded in 1996 by Stroy Kaiser, owner and general contractor, HRI Construction has achieved its growth and success through the referrals of its happy, loyal customers.  We hold ourselves and our extended team to the highest standards in workmanship, efficiency and customer care.

Our primary goal is to ensure that your construction project – big or small – is completed in a timely and cost effective manner. We go beyond just “implementing the plans.”  We take a holistic approach to your project – focusing first on the big picture (your vision!) and then working out every detail to make sure nothing gets overlooked. We know that a home construction project can be both exciting and stressful. We absorb the stress so you can concentrate on the joy of seeing your vision become a reality.

As an HRI Construction customer, you benefit from our solid experience in the entire construction lifecycle – from concept to move in – and our relationships with quality craftspeople and providers.  We help you through the myriad product and style decisions, and manage all aspects of the project.

We practice complete transparency with our customers. You receive a detailed spreadsheet with all itemized costs – labor and materials – as part of the proposal process, and receive regular update communications throughout the duration of the project.

HRI Construction has been using environmentally friendly building and clean-up procedures since its inception.  We make ongoing education and training a high priority so we can provide our customers with both traditional and leading-edge solutions.
